Our Quality Systems are accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 2001 and are audited regularly. We see quality as the corner stone of our business and you can be assured that we take exceptional care in selecting our raw material suppliers who provide regular deliveries of chrome boron and high carbon spring steel grades. Incoming deliveries are always supported by test certificates showing the exact chemical composition such that we can determine the optimum heat treatment techniques and soak times for the individual cast.
Our Quality Assurance Manager oversees our policy of continuous improvement, which together with our programme of planned and preventative maintenance ensures that our processes are in line with industry best practice. All production batches are checked for hardness levels and dimensional accuracy by our dedicated team of Quality Inspectors so you can be confident all parts we supply are fit for purpose every time. A recent innovation has been the installation of on-site laboratory equipment to ensure that components possess acceptable micro structures for the environments in which they are used.
