At every stage of the manufacturing process checks are carried out by the QA team to ensure the materials and processes are meeting customer approved specifications
At final inspection hardness, dimensional and component fitment checks are done, allowing Chapmans to send certificates of conformity ensuring complete compliance and full traceability. If a non-conforming part is discovered, Chapmans perform a comprehensive CAPA to ensure that the root cause is established and preventative actions are implemented.
Not only are Chapmans committed to providing the finest quality wear parts, but we also recognise the importance of data analytics for production processes at every level. With the laser scanning of bar codes, and the weighing of finished work at every stage of production, we can autonomously track orders in real time right through production.
