Chapmans Agricultural is delighted to announce it completed the acquisition of the Brockhouse Group on Thursday 16th July 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for both businesses.
Both Companies enjoy an outstanding heritage within their markets and combining the expertise and capability of both businesses means we are building a stronger business with a broader technical capability which will be better positioned to deliver greater value to customers, create new opportunities for employees and strengthen partnerships with suppliers.
There will be no immediate changes to the day to day running of either business as we look to confirm synergies we can enjoy together. If, and when any changes are made, we will communicate these accordingly.
The acquisition brings together two businesses with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to serve our customers. We recognise there are new sectors for each to grow into, namely defence, nuclear and aerospace and to do this, we must create a sales development capacity in the business to drive the focus on new business and sales growth. By creating a stronger platform for innovation, growth and sustainable success we look forward to an exciting future.
