We are proud to announce that Nigel Petty will be joining us as Managing Director, effective 23rd March 2026
Nigel is a seasoned leader in high-precision manufacturing. He joins us following a successful tenure heading the Gears division at Renold PLC, and 11 years of leadership at Emerson Automation Solutions.
While new to the agricultural sector, Nigel’s deep-rooted expertise in operational growth and engineering excellence aligns perfectly with our mission to build on Chapmans’ prestigious manufacturing heritage.
Nigel shared his thoughts on the move:
