Here at Chapmans, we take our health, safety, welfare and environmental duties very seriously.  We do not see this as a matter of legal compliance, accepting that this is important, but a moral duty to safeguard employees and the environment from harm.

We are experiencing healthy growth in business at the moment, so are recruiting new employees to maintain our manufacturing capacity in line with demand.  This is a challenge in the current economic climate but one which are embracing with gusto.

All our new employees go through our induction process and informed that the order of priority is safety, quality, production.  We want them to be safe whilst making good quality product for our customers.

On this foundation we will grow and achieve our business goals in the future.
